Waiting for the new IHOP!

For the past few weeks, a new IHOP has been built from the remains of the old Dunkin Donuts around 13th and Walnut. I've been waiting for it to open, and I look forward to it.

Me? I LOVE IHOP! The only one I can get to easily is in South Philadelphia near the pier, a strip club, and a Chuck E Cheese. To have one in the middle of Philly... I look forward to it. Imagine going to work and heading out for lunch and saying, "I'll be back soon. I'm going to IHOP for pancakes." I look forward to that. I look forward to that a lot!

These are the type of incredibly awesome news stories that most blogs will not report on... because its too damn awesome!
